A Headdress Of Black And Cream Coloured Feathers With A Band Of Black And White Sequins

Description

A large headdress with a curved black Cloth band decorated with a zigzag pattern of black and white sequins. Above the black cloth band is a band of cream coloured Feathers, and above that , a crown of black Feathers on long black stalks.  The black Cloth band is 2.2 inches in depth, and the inner width of the headdress is 4.4 inches.  The headdress is 18 inches in height, and is attached by two black Cloth bands.
