Description
A pair of Indian Gold Plated large and long hollow patterned drop earrings, suspended from Gold lated wire hooks. At the top of each earring is a ring, then a dot patterned tube, a large facetted tube, a filigree patterned band, and a domed base, decorated with a flower of small round beads. These traditional earrings are called Vedhla and are specific to the Mer community in the region of Gujarat. The earrings are 2 cm in diameter, and, including the wire hook, are 9.5 cm in drop length.
