Description
A fan shaped headdress of dark green dyed Pheasant Feathers and light green Feathers. At the centre of the base of the headdress is a semi-circular panel of small dark green Feathers. The headdress is set on a Black elasticated band. The headdress is 31 inches in width and 15.2 inches in height.
