Description
A Feathered crown made up of long and short Peacock Feathers, tall green Rooster Feathers, and small dyed turquoise Duck Feathers. The Feathers are attached to a black cloth band, the front of the band covered with a ribbon of turquoise coloured Silk. The inner diameter of the band is 4.5 inches, (expands), and the maximum height of the Feathers, at the front of the crown, is 11.5 inches.
