Information Collection and Use:
Pebble London is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. Pebble London collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site.
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Surveys and Feedback:
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or feedback forms. Participation in these surveys or user feedback is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include satisfaction information (such as name, company, use of the product and your views on the product), and demographic information (such as post code, age bracket). Feedback information may be published on the site as a review. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as credit card numbers online.
We do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer services) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Site and Service Updates:
We may send the user site and service announcement updates. Customers are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

1.1 The Site and its content are protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trade marks.
1.2 Except as expressly authorised by us or relevant third parties, you may not copy, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, communicate or make available to the public or create derivative works of any content of the Site, in whole or in part.
1.3 You may not create a link from any other website to any part of the Site except the home page of the Site.
2.1 Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that the Site will be suitable for your purposes and requirements.
2.2 The content of the Site has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice. We use reasonable care in compiling and presenting the content of the Site, but we can give no guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or up to date.
3. Limitation of Liability:
3.1 So far as permitted by law, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, we exclude any liability for any business losses or any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to us resulting from the use of the Site or any information, content, advertisements or products provided or distributed through the Site.
3.2 The foregoing will apply whether such loss or damage arises in contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise.
3.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Pebble London operates a ‘If it doesn’t look pretty, return it’ policy. This means that you can return your jewellery for whatever reason you may have. Any return must be received within 7 days of delivery. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Pebble London and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a merchandise credit.
Pebble London will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
How to proceed if you would like to return your goods from the UK:
- In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0207 262 1775 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.
- All items must be attached with the security tag intact.
- Please place items in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
- We request that returns are shipped through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should take your item for return to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days. Failure to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you wish to exchange, please email us with your preferred item and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
How to proceed if you would like to return your goods from overseas:
- Call +44 207 262 1775 or email email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of your item(s)
- All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment.
- All items must have the security tag attached and intact.
- Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the amount due to you.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods:
- In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
- Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
- Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability.
- Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
Receiving a refund:
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser excluding sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
If you have received an item from Pebble London as a gift you can return it for an exchange. Please call us on 0207 262 1775 (UK) or +44 207 262 1775 (overseas) to arrange an exchange for the product. You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Pebble London sells high-end precious and semi-precious jewellery sourced from all over the world. If you don’t like your jewellery once you receive it, you may return your item and we will refund your purchase (See our Returns Policy).
Shopping at Pebble London is easy – We aim to deliver any order with in the UK within 3 working days, if the order is received before 1pm (Monday to Saturday) subject to availability. Overseas deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. To check on the status of an order or verify shipment, please call 0207 262 1775 or +44 207 262 1775 (for overseas orders). A Customer Service representative will be on hand to assist you from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
All orders come packed in beautiful Pebble London boxes. Please note that you can also have the gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address.
All orders will be paid for in Pound Sterling but you are able to see the Euro and Dollar currency conversion by clicking the currency tab on the product page.

We carry most items in stock, however, occasionally there may be items on re-order or which need to be specially ordered for you. We will make every effort to expedite your special order and to be realistic in our estimated delivery time. Please have patience, as your special order is being made especially for you and can generally take from two to eight weeks. We will communicate exact times to you by email or phone before you place your order. Naturally, special orders are final sales.
All delivery to overseas addresses costs £15. Overseas deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days in Europe and the US, or within 1-7 working days for the rest of the world; please call us on +44 207 262 1775 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
The transaction is taken in pounds sterling but you are able to view the price in dollars or euros by clicking the relevant currency tab on the product page. If you urgently need your jewellery for the evening (and are based in London) or require a bespoke service such a special gift, please call on 0207 262 1775 (within the UK) or +44 207 262 1775 (for overseas orders) to enquire. We endeavour to accommodate your special requirements outside our standard services.
For special order items, such as those that are made to order, please call one of the above numbers to request. Special orders are generally unique pieces made especially for you by one of our designers. Depending on the item, delivery may take up to 6 weeks, as the stones are sourced and customised for you.
