Description
A Kochi Silvered Metal, (Nickel free),traditional tribal, seven linked panels, fringed choker, attached to a black cotton base. Afghanistan. There are three square Silvered Metal panels, two narrow rectangular panels, and, at each end of the choker, a triangular panel, all decorated with orange dyed Howlite circular and triangular inlays. At the base of the choker is a fringe of Silvered Metal chains, each decorated, at the top, with patterned circular plaques, and, at the bottom with Silvered Metal bell pendants. The Silvered Metal band of the choker is 11 inches in length, and, is attached, at each end, to a 9 inch black cotton woven band , (for adjustable sizing). The drop length of the choker and fringe is 3.5 inches.
