Description
A Large fan shaped headdress on a black elasticated headband. The headdress is decorated with a fan of long green dyed Pheasant Feathers, a fan of shorter black dyed Pheasant Feathers, and a band of seven short Peacock Feathers. Below the Peacock Feathers is a curved panel of green Beetle backs. The headdress is 28 inches in maximum width, and 15 inches in height.
