Description
A Papua New Guinea large white braided Rope necklace, decorated with eighty-one white Shell slices, and a fringe of turquoise, yellow, purple, red, and dark blue dyed Feathers. The inner width of the band of the necklace is 5.1 inches, and the outer width is 12 inches. The drop length at the front of the necklace, of the Shell covered band and the Feather fringe, is 14 inches. The necklace its attached, at the top, by a white braided Rope loop, and a Cowrie Shell toggle.
