Description
Afghan traditional tribal patterned Silver rectangular box pendant, inlaid with eight red, blue, and green Glass smooth facetted cabochons, and suspended from a Silver snake links necklace. The front of the Silver pendant is decorated with floral patterns, and, at the centre of the pendant, is a red Glass crescent moon, the top inlaid with four pale turquoise Glass beads. The borders at each side of the pendant are decorated lines of small Silver dots and an etched feather pattern. At the top of the pendant are three Silver loops, each decorated with a Silver flower. The pendant is 3.2 inches in width, 0.3 inches in depth, and a drop length of 3 inches. The snake links chain necklace is 22 inches in length, and is finished with a Silver ‘S’ hook and ring.
