Description
An Indonesian Silvered Metal, (Nickel free), curved banded ceremonial headdress, decorated with a crown of thirty-one Silvered Metal flowers with patterned petals, each inlaid with small opalescent facetted Glass cabochons. Each ‘flower’ is attached to a Silvered Metal coiled flexible banded ‘stalk’. The height of the longest flower and stalk is 4.4 inches, and the height of the shortest flower and stalk is 1.7 inches. The Silvered Metal band of the headdress is 6.2 inches in width, and 1.7 inches in depth. The headdress is 14.4 inches in total width and 5 inches in height.
