Golden Metal, (Nickel free), ring, inlaid with a ruby red Glass teardrop, surrounded by clear facetted Glass small round cabochons and three small green Glass pendants. The ring is 0.8 inches across, 1.4 inches in length, and 1 inch in depth. The golden metal band is adjustable in size.
