Description
A Miao Silvered Metal, (Nickel free), seven spiked domed circular crown. China. The sides of the crown are decorated with Silvered Metal panels, decorated with mythological figures and floral patterns, and, above the panels, a row of mythological fish., below a railing decorated with mythological animals. The top of the crown is decorated with a row of mythological figures, and above the base of the top, six curved spikes, and one straight spike, each with a circular pointed top, and each with a series of tubular pendants. On the side of the bottom of the crown hang two Silvered Metal 12 inch chains, each decorated with tubular pendants. The inner diameter of the crown is 6.7 inches, and the crown is 13 inches in height.
