Description
A New Guinea long necklace with a brown braided Rope band, decorated with a line of cream coloured Cowrie Shells. Suspended from the necklace is a pendant of a large curved and tapered cream coloured Clam Shell, and a large cream coloured donut shaped Clam Shell. The two Clam Shell pendants are joined by a brown braided Rope band , decorated with two lines of small cream coloured Cowrie Shells. The donut shaped pendant is 5 inches in diameter and 0.5 inches in depth. The curved pendant is 6.1 inches in width and 1 inch in depth. The necklace and pendant have a total drop length of 23 inches, and the necklace is finished with a braided Rope loop and a circular Shell toggle.
