An old Turkmen long hinged Brass Cuff, decorated with five ridged patterned bands, two filigree patterned bands, a band engraved with flowers and domed circular beads, and a band of parallel bars. Afghanistan.The cuff is decorated with with inlays of red, blue, and green Glass panels and domed circular beads, set in triangular, rectangular, and circular, raised Brass borders. The inner diameter of the hinged cuff is 2.2 inches, and the cuff is 4 inches in length.
