Description
A large fan shaped headdress of long and graduated dark blue dyed Pheasant Feathers, and, at the base of the headdress, a semi circular band of small green ‘Lady Amherst’ Pheasant Feathers. The fan is attached to a black adjustable sized headband. The headdress is 19 inches in width, and 11.4 inches in height.
