The large lower panel is decorated with filigree patterned bands, two dragons and flowers, and suspended from the base of the panel are eleven Silver bell pendants. The narrow upper panel is decorated with filigree patterned bands and two flowers. The lower panel is 37 cm in width, 1 cm in depth, and, including the pendants, is 22 cm in drop length. The upper panel is 23 cm in width, 1 cm in depth, and 12 cm in drop length. The inner diameter of the band of the necklace is 14.5 cm, and the necklace has a total drop length of 40 cm.
