An Afghan Silver Plated Floral Patterned Crown With Eight Curved Bands, Each Inlaid With Small Turquoise Round Beads, And A Central Patterned Panel Inlaid With Three Turquoise Cabochons.

Description

An Afghan large Silver Plated  patterned crown. The central panel of the crown is decorated with curved and coiled Silver Plated and Brass floral patterned  bands, and inlaid with two large domed, teardrop shaped Turquoise cabochons, and one domed circular Turquoise cabochon, each set in a Silver Plated frame. On both sides of the central panel are four Silver Plated curved patterned panels, each inlaid with small round Turquoise beads. The two sides of the crown are decorated with Silver Plated, floral patterned curve and coiled wire bands, and a line of four domed oval Turquoise cabochons, each set in a Silver Plated frame.  The inner diameter of the band of the crown is 17.5 cm, and is adjustable in size. The front of the crown is 14.5 cm in height.
