Description
An Afghan black cotton cloth belt, decorated with two bands of Silvered Metal rings. Between the two bands is a row of twenty-nine Silvered Metal teardrops, each inlaid with Turquoise Howlite teardrop cabochon. At the base of the belt is a fringe of twenty-eight Silvered Metal oval and teardrop linked pendants, each inlaid with Turquoise Howlite oval and teardrop cabochons. Each teardrop has a maximum width of 0.5 inches, and a drop length of 1 inch. The belt and pendants have a drop length of 4 inches. The belt is 31 inches in length, and is adjustable in size. The belt is finished, at one end, with a braided cotton band with a series of button holes, and at the other end with a braided cotton band with two black Resin buttons.
