An Afghan Silvered Metal Crown Inlaid With Mixed Shaped And Sized Turquoise Cabochons

An Afghan Silvered Metal, (Nickel free), crown, set on a Silvered Metal band. The crown is inlaid with small circular domed cabochons, set in Silvered Metal frames, and larger Turquoise oval cabochons, set in Silvered Metal frames. Suspended from the base of the crown, are thirteen Silvered Metal chains, each with a teardrop shaped pendant with a domed oval Turquoise centre, bordered with eleven small domed circular Turquoise cabochons. Each teardrop pendant is 1 inch in width, and 1.5 inches in drop length. The total drop length of each chain and pendant is 3.2 inches. The inner diameter of the Silvered Metal band is 6 inches, and the height of the crown is 5.4 inches.
