An Indian Necklace Of Nineteen Oval Beads, Each Inlaid With Small Facetted Marcasites And Clear Crystal Oval Beads.

Description

An Indian necklace of nineteen oval graduated beads. Each bead is decorated with inlays of small facetted Marcasite beads, four clear Crystal oval beads, and eight Gold Plated oval wire bands. At each end of the necklace are two long strands of Golden Metal braided wires and a sliding toggle, (for adjustable sizing). The four long strands are enclosed, at the end of the necklace by a band of Golden Metal braided wires, a band of very small white Glass beads, and decorated at the end with a tassel of ten strands of red, green, and white small Glass beads. The largest oval bead is 1.,7 cm in diameter and 2 cm in length, and the smallest oval bead is 1 cm in diameter and 1.5 cm in length.  The necklace is 40 cm in length, adjustable up to 84 cm in length, (by the use of the sliding toggle).
