Description
A fan shaped headdress with two rows of black and white Feathers. At the centre of the base of the headdress is a semi-circular panel of five small black Feathers and four small white Feathers. The Feathers are set, at the back of the headdress, onto a black semi-circular cloth panel, and the headdress is attached at the base, onto a black elasticated headband. The headdress is 30 inches in width, and 13.4 inches in height.
