Description
One Tibetan Cowrie Shell pendant, decorated with Silver floral patterned panels, and Turquoise rectangular sliced inlays. At the centre of the pendant is a six petalled flower, the petals inlaid with red Glass slices,, and each petal inlaid with a Tibetan Brass script. The circular centre of the flower is inlaid with Turquoise slices and a Silver Tibetan script. The pendant is suspended from a long necklace of mixed shaped and sized Turquoise beads, two barrel beads inlaid with a pattern of small Turquoise, red Glass and Silver round beads, two long teardrop shaped beads inlaid with patterns of coiled Silver bands, and Turquoise chips, two white and brown patterned round Glass beads, and a Turquoise elephant pendant. The Cowrie Shall pendant is 5 cm in maximum diameter, and 15 cm in drop length. The necklace and pendant have a total drop length of 46 cm, and the necklace is attached, at the top, by a braided brown Leather loop, and a Turquoise round bead toggle.
